                      All About Indian People and What we need to improve...

Hello...Indians..I know the name of the great India has brought here or whatever the fine reason its good that you are here.I want you to know that the India is the god gifted place in Earth i.e. having all the qualities of different places on Earth such as forests,deserts,ice-lands etc.That's just the we call it physical appearance of it.Inside it is more beautiful than ever like having people of all kinds,tribes,castes living together as one.
                                           But having all this Indians have a terrific problem and I usually compare it to cancer to us.The problem is that we cannot digest other one's success and after seeing one we go after him to crush him and to show him his place.Some will say that it's just the competition nature of us or we are not like that.I want to tell you that there are still some good people here.Due to this we all face a terrifying defeat in all teamwork either it can be a sport,politics or anything else which benefits from teamwork.So majority of  us all lack team spirit.I say this like when we have a strong member in a particular area ,instead of  getting the advantage that he is with us and will be very beneficial for the team.We take it this way like he think he is good that us or me in this job lets see how he beats me or if he beats me I will also make sure that he will not be able to perform same in the big event which eventually causes the team to lose.
                                            To make it worse this cancer what I call it has a great support from corruption.
When we first heard of corruption we get the image of politicians,bribe etc.Corruption favors those who wants to let down the winner in the wrong way.In corruption, our people perform the best team work that can be seem among us. Due to this we have all wrong people in wrong places. All the politicians speaks the already prepared speech in the parliament with no energy which causes the hearing politicians to get bored and eventually they go to sleep.Then what is the conclusion of it if you are going to speak the prepared speech of other people's words not what your heart and mind tell you.
                                             I want to ask you a question that why a person has to be old to become a minister of city or to be the prime minister of the country.I know that all of you say that they got more experience of world and they know better than we know it.Then why we are not moving forward tell me?
Because leadership is not based on experience it is based on inner strength and power to handle people surely knowledge and experience helps but that only helps,you know what I mean.
                                             All our politics is based on hidden leadership.What we do here is place a less powerful man in the seat and more powerful men tell him to do what they wants and if he didn't do it he will have to lose the post or chair.By fear he does the job and the more powerful politicians have their job done without being accountable for it.
                                              To make all even worse we have no strong infrastructure in our country.I am comparing whole country not modern societies of rich people. Nothing is done seriously here like see small things like roads,grounds etc. none of them are good in any kind.There are no dustbins in the city and even some cities have it we will find most of the polythene and  wrappers in the streets lying here and there.If america can generate great athletes in their country why can't we in such a place having big population and different varieties of people but we lack in infrastructure which all that developed countries have. We are also  a rich country so money is not a problem.
                                             The biggest problem is with our people they seem to be lacking integrity. We can see a lot of people speaking "galis" in high voice. Later people like them go in politics and run our country as a normal and good value man stays far from things like politics.Figure out what i tell you just now and you will get the truth.Can you expect those people to run our country nicely ? or Can they make our country a developed nation? The answer will be a definite no.
                                             So I have said what I have to say everything else is on you.Will you help to improve your country even in tiniest bit or just watching as it will be happening forever? We are not late we can still do what we are meant to do and get what we deserve to get.
